About us
Twickets is a fan-to-fan ticket resale platform where the price of tickets is never more than the original face value. It was set up to counter the profiteering resale sites which encourage ticket touting.
We have teamed up with Lower Than Atlantis to allow ticket holders who can no longer attend a gig to sell them on to other fans at no more than the price they originally paid. You can trade tickets securely through our service, with payment and delivery all agreed upfront.
All tickets are moderated on an individual basis. If you are sent an unauthorised payment or a buyer claims they didn't receive their item, PayPal's Seller Protection policy covers you for the full amount of the payment on eligible sales. If an eligible ticket that you’ve bought through Twickets doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, PayPal's Buyer Protection will reimburse you for the full amount of the item.
Sellers sell for free, and buyers pay a standard booking fee of 10-15% of the sold for ticket price. Users must have a PayPal account to sell, and buyers can purchase with all major debit / credit cards as well as PayPal.
To use our service as a seller or a buyer you must have a UK phone number and address.
